Leadership Academy (Recent College Grads)
Leadership Academy is a one-year, paid, internal program for recent college graduates, equipping young professionals with the tools they need to be successful contributors at Clean Scapes. As a crash course in leadership, entrepreneurship, and the business of our business, the program immerses cohort members in multiple divisions of the company, learning best practices across the spectrum of the firm. Summer Internships (Current High School/College Students)
For the right individual, a summer internship with Clean Scapes Landscaping could become one of the most formative summers of your life. This position provides a hands-on crash course in landscaping, leadership, and real-life business experience – all while being paid. Current college students or recent high-school grads are hired on as Summer Interns and will learn our business, interact with company leaders, and participate in a leadership development program adapted from Leadership Academy.
