Springdale Green

An escape from the typical workplace, the team behind Springdale Green approaches their landscape as part backyard, part conference room, part social lounge: a space that promotes innovation, community, and connections to nature.

Springdale Green’s 30 acres of innovative and natural landscaping features 60 varieties of trees and over 200 species of plants (roughly 64,000 plants in total), a 3,300sf Social Hammock, an outdoor amphitheater and event lawn, basketball and volleyball courts, outdoor kitchens, and over a half a mile of elevated boardwalk and jogging trails. The project also includes bat houses, bee apiaries and purple martin bird houses, roughly 250 hanging planters and planter pots, over 100,000sf of pavers, and over 700 tables and chairs spaced out across the site. Completed in late 2025, the project is on track to achieve SITES Gold. Clean Scapes currently maintains this property.
