The Oracle Waterfront Campus is a new 25-acre, next-generation technology campus. As the lead landscape contractor, providing steelwork, masonry, landscaping, decking, irrigation, and a unique rooftop shade structure, the steel work and masonry were particularly challenging. At four stories high, a Tellabelt was used to load 1000+ yards of lightweight soil into steel planters on the numerous rooftop terraces. The project also featured significant elevation changes along the perimeter of the buildings, and unique runnel systems, which collect the condensation from the buildings’ AC units and recycle it back into the irrigation system.
During Phase 2, we added the installation and management of all site structural concrete and sidewalks for the new buildings to our scope. We continue to maintain this Class A property.
